Summary
In short: our website sets no cookies. The dashboard uses only our own cookies, needed to sign you in and remember your choices. We use no analytics, advertising, pixels or third-party cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner.
- Website (usevertia.com): no cookies. Two preferences in your browser's local storage: language and paused animations.
- Dashboard (app.usevertia.com): our own cookies to keep you signed in, remember the store you selected, your language and the "Hide values" option, and secure the connection with Shopify and Nuvemshop.
- Store emails: an open-tracking pixel from the email provider and links that record clicks. See Similar technologies in emails.
Public website
In short: our website sets no cookies, only two preferences that stay on your device.

This data is not sent to us or anyone else. The website's fonts are served from our own domain. The website loads no third-party scripts, images or fonts.
Dashboard and portal
In short: dashboard cookies are our own and let you sign in, switch stores and keep your preferences.

The Vertia page inside the Shopify admin sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
Staying signed in. When you sign in to the dashboard, the session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 400 days. To end your session in a browser, clear the cookies for app.usevertia.com.
Similar technologies in emails
In short: emails stores send through Vertia record opens through the email provider's pixel and clicks through a link of ours.

The pixel is not used for advertising and does not follow you to other websites. Opens are not used to attribute revenue. If your email program blocks images, no open is recorded. To stop receiving marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the footer.
Store storefronts
In short: what happens on a store's website is the store's responsibility.
Vertia sets no cookies and no local storage on store storefronts. On Nuvemshop, Vertia's checkout script sends contact and cart details to our server and displays the WhatsApp opt-in checkbox, without storing anything in the browser and without calling third parties. The store is the controller of this data and informs its customers in its own privacy policy.
