If you are a store's customer
In short: the store decides about your data. Contact the store first; if you write to us, we pass your request on.
Vertia processes customer data on behalf of each store. To ask for access, correction or deletion, the quickest route is to contact the store. If you prefer, email privacidade@usevertia.com with the store's name: we forward your request to the store within 2 business days and let you know. Step-by-step instructions are on the Data deletion page.
To stop receiving messages, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or the opt-out option included in the WhatsApp message. If messages keep coming, report it to abuse@usevertia.com.
Data protection officer and representatives
In short: our data protection officer can be reached through the privacy channel.
- Data protection officer under Brazil's LGPD (encarregado): Brunno Vert Visani Carvalho, at privacidade@usevertia.com.
- EU and UK representatives and DPO (GDPR): Vertia will appoint its EU representative (GDPR art. 27), its UK representative (UK GDPR art. 27) and its data protection officer (DPO) before offering the service to customers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and will publish their names and contact details on this page. Until then, send requests to privacidade@usevertia.com.
